Every new client begins with a personalized consultation to understand your goals and create the right treatment plan.

Electrolysis treatment

Plan for about 45 minutes. We begin with skin and hair analysis, your history, and your treatment plan, then test settings to find what your skin responds to before beginning treatment. Treatment time varies by client and skin response — typically 15 to 30 minutes.

What will this cost?

Electrolysis is billed by time, and the time you need depends on hair density, coarseness, hormones, and how the area has been treated before. Two people with similar chin hair can need very different amounts of treatment, which is why we don’t publish a flat price by area.

Your consultation is $55 and includes treatment, not just conversation. We assess the area, treat part of it, and give you an estimate of where your plan is likely to land — with the honest caveat that hormones and genetics can shift it as we go. We’ll tell you what we see and adjust as your hair responds.

One rate, every session

Every appointment from 30 to 120 minutes is billed at $140 per hour. You book the time your plan calls for.

Choosing your session

Electrolysis treats one hair at a time, so you’re booking time rather than an area. How much we cover in a session depends on your hair density, your skin’s response, and where you are in treatment. We’ll set your session length together at your consultation.

Maintenance Session · 15 min — For returning clients. Maintenance and stray-hair touch-ups once your main clearance is complete. New clients should start with the Consultation + First Treatment.
Focus Session · 30 min — A short session for light or scattered growth, or upkeep between longer appointments.
Progress Session · 45 min — A middle-length session for steady progress when growth is moderate.
Signature Session · 60 min — Our standard session, and the right starting point for most new clients.
Intensive Session · 90 min — For denser or persistent growth, or when you want to move through treatment faster.
Immersion Session · 120 min — Our longest standard session, for the most concentrated progress in one visit.

Comfort options — including applying an over-the-counter topical numbing cream about 30 minutes before your appointment — are discussed during your consultation.

Need more than 2 hours?

For clients who require additional clearance, extended treatment time may be available by arrangement, based on treatment needs, comfort, and availability.

Your Wurayo treatment journey

Permanent hair removal is a process that happens over time. Because hair grows in cycles, multiple appointments are needed to achieve long-term permanent results. Every client’s journey is different based on hair density, treatment area, hormones, previous hair removal methods, skin response, and appointment consistency.

Start longer. Finish shorter. Early treatment often requires longer sessions to address active growth and build clearance. As hair density decreases, appointments typically become shorter and more focused. Your session length will evolve with your progress.
